Jarenlang heb je veel voor anderen gezorgd. Misschien als mantelzorger, misschien op allerlei andere manieren. Je was er voor anderen.<\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\">En nu ontstaat er ruimte. Maar wat doe je met die ruimte?<\/p><p class=\"isselectedend\">Je merkt dat je weinig aandacht hebt gehad voor jezelf. Je voelt je uit verbinding, maar weet eigenlijk niet goed wat<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>aandacht voor jezelf<\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>betekent.<\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\">En dan komen de vragen:<\/p><p class=\"isselectedend\"><strong>Wie ben ik?<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"isselectedend\"><strong>Wat wil ik?<\/strong><\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\"><strong>Wat kan ik?<\/strong><\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\">Vragen die misschien jarenlang naar de achtergrond zijn verdwenen. Niet omdat er iets mis met je was. Maar omdat er altijd wel iemand of iets was dat belangrijker leek. De laatste fase van je loopbaan kan daardoor m\u00e9\u00e9r zijn dan nadenken over wat je hierna gaat doen.<\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\">Het kan een moment zijn om opnieuw te ontdekken:<\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\"><strong>Wat vind \u00edk belangrijk?<\/strong><b><br \/><strong>Waar krijg ik energie van?<\/strong><br \/><strong>Wat wil ik nog ervaren, leren of betekenen?<\/strong><br \/><strong>En hoe wil ik mijn leven vanaf hier vormgeven?<\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/div><div><p class=\"isselectedend\">Voor mij is coaching dan geen zoektocht naar het perfecte antwoord. Het is ruimte maken om jezelf opnieuw te ontmoeten.
