Depending on your question, coaching provides insight into your situation. This can mean gaining clarity at home or at work, standing up for yourself better, communicating clearly, reducing stress, or having more energy. It’s about what you want to focus on. Finding out which tasks or job suits you better so you can enjoy your work more.
Of course, this doesn't always have to mean changing jobs. By adjusting your way of working, you can also ensure that a role fits you better.

I will focus on the things that are important for answering your question. Ultimately, you determine what your question is and what you want to share with me.

I find it important to start with your current situation and then look at where you want to go. This way, at the end of the process, we can evaluate what you have achieved and what you still want for yourself in the future. Furthermore, the coaching method depends on your question, and I try to tailor it to you as much as possible.

That is definitely possible! When you book a "Single Session Coaching," you will have one session with me. This can take place either in person or online. This type of appointment is often booked for questions such as: 

  • Where do I stand in my life or work?
  • A dilemma
  • Insecurity or need for appreciation
  • During a change in a life phase
  • Stress and overload 

You can immediately schedule an appointment in my calendar to get acquainted online. Further appointments are by arrangement, and there is no waiting list. In a coaching trajectory, we can meet every other week, but it is also possible to schedule an appointment every week. If you are busy and find it difficult to schedule appointments alongside your work, then a VIP Launch Day might be for you. A day where I focus exclusively on your question. We alternate one-on-one coaching with tests and exercises to support your goal. Lunch is included.

In the initial meetings, discussions will focus on exploring the situation. The situation is examined from multiple perspectives to identify potential opportunities. The foundation of the coaching is personal development and ownership, ensuring the effects of the coaching are future-oriented.

I will estimate the number of necessary sessions. My focus is on delivering quality work within a reasonable timeframe. If additional time is required after the proposed course of action, I will contact you with a proposal for continuation.

You can directly register your employee via the online-contact form. I will contact your employee within 2 working days for an intake. During this intake, there will be an opportunity to get acquainted and clarify the request. Based on this conversation, I will prepare a quote, which you will receive as soon as possible.
